Aneesha Vora is a high school student at Cathedral and John Cannon School. She is currently in grade 12, completing her International Baccalaureate program. Aneesha is particularly interested in the field and space of Public Health with a focus on heritable or genetic conditions for women. In line with her interests, Aneesha has done a Research Project under the mentorship of Dr. Nirupma Singh to explore novel therapeutic targets for thalassemia using computational biology and network analysis. She has also worked as a research intern under Dr. Chhaya Godse at Viridis Biopharma and Dr. Siddharth Modi at Phyotoveda pvt ltd . Beyond academics, she is a talented flutist. She organized a concert to raise awareness for thalassemia and anemia, and the funds were donated to the National Thalassemia Welfare Society.
